Some reasons that I want to go to Chili is because I have never been to South America and have only been out of the country a few times so I’m excited for this trip to make it one more! I am also excited for this trip as I have been on many trips to rather cold places, Alaska for example so I am excited to go somewhere warmer as long as I don’t get burned! An added extra to this trip is that one of my very good friends Kate Hartman is going as well!
These are both two audios that I am very confident I will be hearing on this trip, one good and one bad. The first is the sound of a plan. Given just how many and how long the flights to and from will be there will be a lot of plane noises, time on the plan and in the airport which I cannot say I am looking forward to that much. The next sound, which is the good, is the sound of the beach. I hope to get a lot of beach time on days where we do not have anything to do which I view as a reward for the long travel time.
This is a great YouTube video that I found that is in a documentary kind of style, although it is quite a long video it is very informative and gives a lot of insight to the history of Easter Island and what it is now which makes me even more excited to go on this trip.
